Green Futures Inc, a US entity was formed in 2020 to take advantage of technology developed by Amol Carbons Private Limited and to promote the technology in the international market. 

Amol Carbons Private Limited (ACPL) was formed 10 years ago, to promote biomass gasification process developed over a period of 15 years by Dr.Anand Apte. It is recognized as a start-up under ‘Start-up India Scheme’ promoted by Government of India.

Synthesis of DME from agro-waste, a concept proposed by Amol Carbons Private Limited is funded by Indian Oil Corporation to promote novel ideas relevant to their core business. ACPL, has completed Proof of Concept in the year 2020 several laboratory tests at IOCL (R&D), Faridabad and plant site trials at Bhandarkavathe, South Solapur. ACPL developed four IP concepts.
